I found this graph on the website of Johns Hopkins Medicine

Apparently it looks like urinary leakage is the main factor influencing post operative quality of life satisfaction. The graph is a bit ambiguous to me, as it seems to not distinguish between "sexual function" and "quality of life". However I included it still, as it may give some better perspective combined with other sources that people may post here.
